McDonald's in Bischofsheim

Down to 1 star, last three visits, you constantly had to check your things, always something was missing or wrong. In the end you couldn't read the receipt because the reading skills were lacking.

There was no online order in the restaurant, and in the eyes of the extremely unfriendly staff, that was probably entirely our fault. Oh yes, the kiosk on site got stuck - again our fault. Overall impression: -100 stars.

Every time something is forgotten in this branch. Sometimes the fries are missing, sometimes the toys are missing and now the same problem we come home and the children again have no toys in them although I asked not to forget them 👎 Please pay more attention

The food was great, it was hot 🔥..the service was the worst. The cashier the way she was talking to customers like they are stupid. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. I was going to go to the manager but figure it was not worth the time. Will never go there again. If I had an employee like that they would be fired.

Got the wrong animals for the Happy Meal and an apple bag was missing. Corona measures observed.

I ordered online for the first time today, everything was good until I got there, wait 30 minutes until I could pay the service was unfriendly until it wasn't all overburdened because there was so much to do when I got home, the food was never online again order sad but was 😡😡😡😡 would not let anyone order via app the biggest mess and rip-off 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Not even worth 1 star! As soon as you have entered the restaurant, you are pampered ... only 5 people, they go back to the door ... you wait, a gentleman in front of me, politely asks whether he can order at the counter, because the terminal is still like before it is occupied ... the employee says ... of course, come ... he's finished with his order ... 4 people are present with me ... you take a step to ask if you can please order at the counter ... the employee is completely sloppy to me ... go back to the door, you can see but I'm alone and cannot take your order ... there were at least 4 other employees with her see ... if you had wanted, then it would have worked ... ABSOLUTES NO GO ... NEVER AGAIN ... Complaint is also out!

Does it seem like that to me? or if you want to save money the small cucumber slice covers 2 drops of ketchup on my Cessburger. :-( The strawberry shake is not enjoyable! Did Leiter notice it on the highway otherwise I would have given it back.

Online order did not work. Manual entry required on site. Waiting for a number in out of chronological order. The waitress doesn’t get it and is still sloppy. Great experience.

I have just been to a Mc Donald in Bischofsheim! Wanted to order a signature burger but didn't know it! After I showed it to the lighting, you found it! She asked if I want the avocado, I say yes! She types the Surf and Turf! Is excited that I do not want this! I have never seen such a cheeky and ignorant person at MC Donalds! Incredible!!!!!

Unfortunately, the performance there is very variable. Sometimes everything is really fresh, warm and delicious. But sometimes cold and long waiting times. Especially during the corona pandemic, the employees seem very overwhelmed. But as I said, often good, I think you have to be lucky with the employees. Therefore only 3 stars.

I don't like going there, only if I can't find any other options, I might just get coffee. It's all about money now. Nothing against employees, the group should start thinking about quality and prices. Fast food is my thing.

Never again on a Friday. Pre-ordered via the app to pick up, then exactly one service was there. There I had to wait 30 minutes for my meal. I don't know what took so long, because my burger was cold. Terrible ...

Evaluating the food at McDonalds makes no sense. Therefore, the rating only refers to the service and competence of the employees in this branch. Since there was neither one nor the other here, one star is actually too many.

Just a normal McDonald restaurant. Only with the virus it is a problem until the order is ready. Will avoid fast food again! Currently too annoying to order something and everything has become more expensive. Not interesting!

Good McDonalds. The facility is new. Unfortunately there are only cash registers for ordering and no terminals. Waiting times are often very long and unfortunately there is no longer a self-service drink dispenser.

As always, the food is fresh and delicious at the time. However, the lady at the MC-drive counter is impossible! Totally rude and disrespectful. Would think about a warning for the employee.

Today almost every decision was made for us (due to Corona security). By the wise man at the entrance, we were instructed / given each way we wanted to walk and the seat. Also how we had to order. We were only allowed to decide for ourselves what we wanted to eat.

Since the new owner and/or staff took over, I have been disappointed. Food takes too long to prepare. What's worse is that it doesn't taste as good and fresh. Overall staff is friendly, although seem inexperienced than the previous and older staff. In particular, there is this one lady, perhaps even the manager, who is not customer friendly. The restaurant has been renovated and I really like it. It looks clean and cozy. They also now have the order screens. And you can order via the McDonald's App. Dope! I hope they improve quality of food and their speed.

It was nice only the toilets were not the best. They were not well maintained. The faucets were all lousy a d there were no means for drying hands..

This can so much better. Even didn't put bacon in my big tasty Bacon! burger. Such a mistake and there were only few guests in there.

Mc Donald offers standard. Burgers, fries, wraps .... The organic apple juice spritzer for children is positive .... Unfortunately, only a start
